The price is great and I am very happy with the quality of this Bagel scoop. I have never once used this for bagels though. I am using if to flip funnel cake. It work great and keeps the funnel cake from breaking up when flipping it over.

Great scoop for bagels, durable and lasts me over a year. Eventually the scoop end that sit in the water against the bottom of the kettle it begin to lose its finish and rot out but had scoops that lasted less time.
