They are so well made. Bake up so nice and evenly. I bought them to use in my air fryer. Not only do I bake cakes in them (and they work perfectly; because of the high sides you don’t get that wind unevenness that convection cooking often causes), I roast vegetables, toast up pumpkin seeds etc. the sides are high enough to flip the vegetables, seeds; whatever you are crisping up and get nice even cooking!
