Choice 9" x 3" Round Straight Sided Aluminum Cake Pan

Very good quality pan. The finish is different from the FatDiddo's, shinier, so it shows scratches and small dents more easily but they do not affect the pan's performance. The same cake (same batter batch baked at the same time in the same oven) resulted in equal caramelization, straight sides, and almost flat top for the Choice pan and slightly over-browned and tilted sides and domed top for the FatDiddo's. Note for people using mixed pan brands: cake in a Choice pan took slightly longer to bake compared to FatDiddo's.

I liked these cake pans for the cost and use. They do not take extra time to bake and baked our cakes evenly. They are a definitely must have for your kitchen.

I like the cake pan because the the size i want i was thinking that it was small but no and the material are great for the oven.

This circle pan is great! It is very sturdy so it can hold heavy ice cream cakes and other desserts, it is the perfect size for large things and it washes very easily.

This is a surprisingly sturdy pan that can be used for cakes and even other round-dishes. For example, you can use this for chicken pot pie.

Good pan to use for tall baked goods. Nice and even heat distribution, no hot spots on the cheesecakes we use this for. Seems durable enough but it did arrive with small dents along the bottom of the pan. Does not impact the cheesecake we are baking.

baked pretty well. My first time using these, but fat daddios wasn't in stock. cleaned very easily.

This pan is the perfect size! The added height is just what i needed for some bread recipes i wanted to try. It seems very durable and heavy gauge.

These are a nice weight and a very good price, but all three that I got have minor imperfections in the metal on the bottom.
