Very happy with it, but it's not suitable for meat in my opinion. We use cast iron for meat but these are great for french toast, garlic bread, grilled cheese, etc. Nice that they don't require seasoning like cast iron. Given that we use these for delicate items, we have found that a release spray is needed.

This steak weight we will use on our grilled cheese to hold it down. It allows for the cheese to melt quickly to each side of the bread.
