Choice 8-Section Heavy Duty Apple Corer / Slicer with Handles and Plastic Cover

Look, I'm not a restaurant, I just eat a lot of apples and have mobility issues. This corer/slicer broke within a month of receiving it... even though it felt so sturdy. One of the triangle sections literally popped off! I am giving it two stars because it really did FEEL well made and (before it broke) sliced through the apples very easily which is nice. But blah! If you are eating apples everyday like me, maybe pick a different corer.

Got this to make apple pie filling and this makes for getting apple slices much faster. Thick handles and well built. Such a time saver.

A sturdy device that makes quick work of preparing apples for salads and such. Volunteers are able to save three times the effort over hand chopping and slicing. The corer makes unfirom cuts and adds to the presentation of our dishes.

Talk about heavy duty!! This thing is the heaviest duty corer I've every owned. The way the handles are shaped makes it easy to core without exerting too much pressure. Comes with a nice plastic cover to protect the blades from dings or getting dull when in the drawer. Well worth the price!

This Choice apple slicer/ corer has a very nice heavy duty construction. The handles have a nice grip to it and makes it easier to hold on to when pushing down.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this apple corer and slicer. It makes serving fruit to our customers a whole lot easier. It also is a lot faster and it saves our chefs a lot of time.

Straight forward Apple corer does just as it was designed for. Blades are sharp and the overall quality is very good. Will buy this one again.

This is not a product for commercial restaurant. We bought two of these for my sandwich restaurant. We hardily get 3 to 5 kids meal a day. Blades started coming off within 2 weeks. It is not safe at all to use for the kids meal

I'm not much of an apple corer guy, but this one does a great job at what it's supposed to do. Nice and sharp, and makes a clean cut.

Honestly, for the price this apple corer is the most solid one I have found. We make fresh-pressed juice and these are the perfect size for fitting into the juicer chute. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because our first one broke after about a month of using it. The 2nd one, however, has held up to our abuse.

Disappointed. Had another brand for years. This one is un necesarily heavy, bulky, and yet small. Might work to mass process small apples. But a moderately large .. not huge, just nice sized apple...is too big and gets jammed.

The Clean Cut Apple Corer is great. The kids love the fresh sliced apples. I like the safety guard when not in use. you can't find one like thi in stores. The price is well worth it.

This is great for fast pace apple coring. The slices are thick and great for kids to put peanut butter on it. For apple pies, I have to slice the chunks more.
