Kinda flimsy and not a perfect fit so the garlic splooges out the side instead of going through the holes like it's supposed to. It's also smaller than I expected. You can't fit more than one large clove of garlic in it. Not up to par for a home kitchen, let alone a commercial kitchen.

As described by the other one-star reviewer, the tool cannot effectively press garlic as the "piston" is too small for the "valve" and quite of a lot of the garlic gets pushed out the gap. Worse through, is cheap pot metal it is made of is not up to the task of crushing garlic and the handle broke after only a few uses.

One of the handles broke in half after only a few uses. Customer service came to the rescue though. Get the aluminum one.
