These are perfect size for measuring large quantities or even just to use as mixing. I am able to measure out my ice cream mix and include all of my "add in's" and still have room to stir.

I use these to store pre-mixed ingredients and to make lye soap with. These definitely withstand high temperatures, although oils can start to smudge off the red gradations. They are very sturdy, non flexible, and completely clear. I have a couple of these and like them so much I will be ordering more and larger sizes.
