Attention CA Residents:Slightly less than what I expected from choice, the company does a good job by making cheap restaurant supplies but the handle being made into a v shape with no rolled over edges is a little less than what I expected

This scoop has sharp edges, the scoop itself is almost flat, and the handles edges are so sharp, there is no way it could be used for even 3 hours at a time during a rush. Dont waste your money.
