This cutter is made of great quality. Its sturdy and made with one piece of steel which means less breakage and problems in the long run. The tip where it cuts dough is a little slanted and sharper on one side which is perfect for scraping tiny pieces of dough. The other thing I love is the price. Very inexpensive for a high quality piece. I recommend it. ??
