Someone put our chopper together incorrectly and damaged the blades. We were devastated because we use the chopper daily! I was so grateful that webstaurant sold replacement blades and I didn't have to spend as much to replace the entire block. With the instruction video to help, it was so easy to put together. We were back to chopping in no time, and with the new sharp blades, things were so much easier to cut! I will be replacing the blades more frequently now that I know it's easy and affordable!
