Product takes a lot to fill top and reach the strainer additionally the lid does not close and lock, this was not clear to me and doesn't meet my needs.

You have to fill the bottom tub so much to get water to reach the strainer which makes it so incredibly heavy- wish the strainer was deeper so you didn't have to fill it up so much

This soaker set is high quality. However, I've observed it does not quite fit a standard home sink, the filtering pan that has all the holes has an issue where, if it is sitting in a sink at an angle, whatever is inside may not drain properly. You can fix this by drilling a similarly sized hole in corners of the tub and it becomes a better product. The sizing is still an issue however.
