Who does not love these wire racks. I found the best way to clean them if you are incline to keep them spotless is to use a heavy duty brush. Add a bit of water to the sheet pan and a bit of dawn and scrub both directions. The price of these cooling racks and the labor spent cleaning them could be better spend just buying new ones every year. After a few dozen uses and running them in the dish washer they will start their own coating. Do not take my word for it. I got a home kitchen and have full sheets and half sheets and use them all the time. There will be times when there is a full sheet and 2 half sheets in the oven just for dinner with cooling racks.
