While this is a good basket and it holds up well to daily use, we found that it was too big for the portions we serve. Employees were putting in more food than they should have to fill the space, which leads to lost profits. We purchased one of the smaller oval baskets to replace these rectangles baskets.

Good quality as just the right size for an appetizer and or small plate with fries. Put a liner in it and go with it.

These are great baskets. Sturdy and light. We put wings and fries in them mostly, but they also work for burgers, sandwiches, whatever and a side. Easy to clean!

These trays are made of a very nice black plastic, BPA free, and NSF listed. Work great for displaying our newest menu items. Very shiny!
