Ordered 14 of these lids. A couple were damaged (cracked/torn on the rim) upon arrival. Still functioned as a cover albeit not airtight as none of these lids are airtight. Opening and closing the lids will shred the edges a bit, I've found tiny bits of blue plastic in the food. Within a couple of months over half of the lids cracked and tore. Flimsy plastic, once a crack starts one can literally tear it apart with their own hands. Very disappointed in the quality. Also have the smaller sizes, green and red, they have not cracked or torn. It's definitely the largest size that is susceptible to easy damage.

For such an awesome line of polycarbonate food storage containers, Choice really dropped the ball with this lid. I am just always knocking it off by accident, or not getting a great closure. If I am storing items overnight in the refrigerator I still need to use plastic wrap or a food safe can liner over top to ensure no loss of moisture.
