I know some people prefer the more expensive name brand spatulas but these Choice ones last fairly long for the price! High heat resistant but that doesn't mean that they can't melt so be sure to keep an eye on them around a flame. Over time wear and tear the spatula part will crack and you'll need to replace it but it's at a fraction of the price of other spatulas so it's worth it long term in my opinion. I always keep 4-5 of these at the restaurant.
