I have been buying these bags for a couple of years now, the bags are of good quality and the ease of use is amazing. The downfall of this is i order 6 cases at a time, because we use a lot of them and your shipping department tape's 3 cases together this makes the package so heavy that the delivery people end up busting open the boxes. open boxes will be dirty and i end up throwing out a good portion of a box.. they need to be shipped no more then two boxes together.

Have purchased these bags for four years now. We have had no issues until our last order. We bag lots of ice at our marina. Ordered 500 bags and the boxes sat for two weeks while we finished up old stock. Every wicket was cracked and no longer had the ability to hold the bags in place when you were filling them. I called Webstaraunt and they told me that defective items need to be reported within five days even though I was a loyal customer and I purchased them many times before they still wouldn’t budge. Bags were usable but it was a pain. Open every order before truck leaves.

Bags are very thin and break easily. I would not recommend these bags. Pull them out of the freezer and they fall apart all over the floor

These ice bags are cute and functional. They are a great thickness too, not too thick and not too thin. They hold a good amount of ice too.

Great, sturdy bags. They are a bit smaller than I expected, but that's my fault for not reading well. But they are much better quality than I was expecting. Thick plastic, quality strings that don't come loose. Other than that... its a bag.

These ice bags have been working very well. they work just as well as other brands that I have paid almost twice as much for. I sell ice at my bait shop for $0.99 per 8lb. bag. so keeping cost down is very important. I originally ordered these bags because of the penguins but I plan on reordering them in the spring due to price and quality.

These bags are great for our little operation. We bag ice from our coffee shop for our coffee trailer and these are great and pretty tough to puncture unless your freezer is set too cold. Then they get brittle.

Adding ice bags lets us charge a couple of bucks when catering customers ask for ice. I like this item in particular because I can hang it directly on the wall next to the ice machine.

The top of the ice bag tears a little when I grip it from the top with ice already in the bag. The ice bag will do the job, but I've had stronger bags.

I have my own ice machine in my gas station so the ice doesn't already come in the bags. I have to find the bags but some are them are to expensive. But these are at a good price

Great product - come in easy to store brown box. The bags are wicketed which means they come attached together on handle which can be hung up and used with an EZ- bagger. I sell ice and they work well for me; 8lb bags are the standard size in my location for selling ice.
