these pans are great, we have made about 3,200 loaves and they still look brand new. We just washed them is mild soap and water when we first got them and then just wiped them out after each use. We are getting 30 more in a couple of weeks. Bakes even and does a great job.

Great solid pan for making multiple loaves of bread at one time. You can tell it is made out of quality metal and won't be disappointed if you are looking for a bread pan for multiple loaves.

Love these steel bread loaf pans! We bought 4 of them before we opened almost 5 years ago and they've worked perfectly ever since. They make perfect brioche and ciabatta loaves every time and we use them every day 1-2 times a day depending on how busy it is and how heavy our bread production is. Highly recommend getting them for your shop!
We are fans of the quality of Chicago Metallic. You pay a lot up front, but if you take care of the pan, they last forever. The strap pan saves a lot of time loading the oven so we don’t lose precious heat with the door open. Heavy duty metal and good release.
Chicago metallic are the only pans we use, and these do not disappoint. Heavy duty with great heat retention, and the glaze has yet to wear and has great release.
We loved these loaf pans so much that we bought more to meet our increasing demand for fresh baked pan loaves. The material is very good, dough doesn't stick too bad, and easy to clean.
Best ones out there. Super durable but not ridiculously heavy. Do measure and check that you're getting the size you want, because there are a bunch of different sizes that vary just by a 1/2" or so. But once you have the right size, it's worth it in the long run even though these are pricey.
These loaf pans are great! Talk about durable and heavy duty. You could probably jack your house up on them. We've dropped them, taken them for oven to wash and even used them in a pinch to reach those extra few inches. And what also comes with this heavy duty construction is very even cooking. We love these loaf pans.
We use these to make banana bread with any left over bananas when groups leave. We love that they create uniform loaves and are easy to maneuver in and out of the oven.
Love love love this bread pan. My family loves pasta and this is the best bread pan for it. I like that I bake multiple breads at once
