Chef Master 90019 1-Burner Butane Countertop Range - 15,000 BTU

This is a great portable burner. Powerful enough for use with a wok and was also the most affordable 15,000 BTU stove I was able to find. Only downside was we didn't receive a manual for some reason and when we searched for butane cartridge compatibility, Chef Master indicated only their brand should be used. Fortunately we had no issue using standard 8oz canisters easily accesible in stores.

This is the least expensive 15,000 BTU countertop burner anywhere on the internet. Don't mistake lower cost for lower quality. Compared to other brands that we have used in the past I have to say this one ranks as my second favorite of all time right below my 20 year old one which is no longer made.

Very handy for demonstrations and offsite cooking and demonstrations. Well made and easy to transport and store in the terrific carrying case. Good control of flame.

These burners are very hot! They can heat up a lot hotter then the typical 8000 btu burner so they are perfect for larger pans and cooking stations.

Best butane burner around for the money. I bring them to every event I do and they stand up to the volume consistently. Couldn't work without them!

This range is great to use to cook various items. It heats up quickly and is very easy to start using. Don't let the design fool you, it's pretty user intuitive and friendly.

I have used three cans a butane on two different portable butane stoves and I cannot get these 2 light. The automatic starter isn't close enough and I followed the steps again and again I changed the canisters still nothing is lighting. Would return these but webstaurant like to charge a restocking fee and then makes me pay for the shipping to send it back so the only person that wins is webstaurant. The table that came with this order wasn't even a table that folded in half which is what I needed but you wanted to charge me a restocking fee and then I had to pay for the shipping to send it back to you. That's terrible customer service so I'm just going to order from someone else with all my products

The material used for the body of the stove is rather thin metal, easily bent. The unit I received was somewhat bent so that the lid over the fuel canister would not close. Some careful study and judicious bending brought it back to its intended shape. Other than that, the unit was satisfactory. The burner itself is well made, and the functionality is very good. The flame adjustment is linear. It's easy to get a low simmer or a blistering hot stir fry. The price is right on this unit, and it you are reasonably careful, I see no reason why the rather thin metal case should be an issue. If you need a unit that will put up with a lot of abuse and careless handling, buy something more expensive. For my occasional needs, the construction is adequate. Some had commented that the piezo striker didn't work. Mine worked fine.

Received my 15000Chef Master Proffessional indoor/outdoor stove on August 8, 2020. Electronic ignition Failed to light after three times . followed the instructions pulled the fuel can out waited 5minutes and started with step 8-12 . Again the electronic ignition Failed to Light. Very Unhappy.

I purchased this butane burner for a "what if" something happens. Sure enough it came through very handy! Its the perfect single burner butane range to own!

This little burner is actually very powerful. We bought it to make caramel, which needs high heat. It does go through a ton of gas, but that is because it is so strong. It even works well outdoors with some wind.

I'm not sure what all of the good ratings are about on this product. I received this item yesterday and tested it last night. The so-called "Automatic piezo electronic ignition system" is a joke. There is no automatic about it. You must ignite it with a hand held lighter, which can be a bit dangerous with short lighters. This didn't even self-fire once. The flame is pretty intense, which makes it worse when you are trying to use a little cigarette style lighter like what I used. This item is going back immediately!

We needed a portable burner to take with us to offsite catering events. We ordered this and time and time again it has worked out well. It is compact but packs a lot of bunch. It helped make flaming crepes suzette that left a dinner group amazed!

You cannot beat the price of this 15,000 BTU burner for both quality and value. It heats up quickly and easily maintains any heat level desired. We use it for cooking demonstrations at outdoor farmer's markets, so the double wind shield is a huge plus for here in Florida where there's a constant breeze blowing.

There are cheaper burners out there. And I would highly recommend this one over the cheaper models. I was extremely satisfied when I found these. They allow you to have better control over the amount of heat that you use for multiple applications. From slow simmering to boiling water and wok frying, are use these burners in a classroom setting where my students have to adjust the heat and they are far better than the less expensive models and very worth the money.

These things crank out the heat like you wouldn't believe. I bought this to replace a similar unit that was probably 10 years old. The safety can engage when the unit is hot so have a spare.

Chef master one burner butane countertop range is perfect for any outing. Comes with a really nice hard case to help protect it. Price was really nice and affordable.

This saved the day with boiling a ton of water for hot chocolate at a large event. It arrived promptly and heated water fast, just how it claimed to do. I would definitely buy more if I needed more for high volume events.

I have several of the cheaper 8000 BTU stoves and they are ok, but when I need to heat lots of water in a hurry or stiry fry something this is my go to stove. There is nothing like having a stove that can get this hot. The stove is well made and will provide years of service if cared for.

Awesome burner to work outside on..... Spend the extra money to double up your BTU's from 8,000 to 15,000 BTU's. Don't forget red button near canister is a reset for when can gets to hot.
