Prepare for snow and ice removal with this Chapin 200 lb. professional stainless steel rock salt spreader. Use this tool to efficiently spread material such as rock salt and ice melt. With a stainless steel hopper with no welds, this heavy-duty spreader is designed for longevity and precision. The hopper holds up to 200 lb., making it suitable for your needs. The 14" pneumatic tires offer stability even on rough terrain. Plus, an idler wheel is included to seamlessly maneuver the tires for the utmost traction. Featuring discharge holes that are positioned behind the wheels, this spreader offers a full 36" drop width.
The stainless steel T-handle with rubber grips provides a comfortable grip so it's easy to use and lift. Easily regulate the opening and closing of the gate with the help of the independent left and right solid linkage gate controls. The stainless steel drive chains are corrosion-resistant, and they help to break up large clumps of salt to improve product flow. To further break up salt, the split axle allows the wheels to independently drive the left and right agitators.
