Accommodating up to (12) 18" x 26" dough boxes (sold separately), the rack features a heavy-duty, hi-tensile aluminum frame that's backed by a lifetime guarantee against rust. Tubular cross bars support the frame, enhancing its strength and stability.
Each of the pan slides are spaced 5" apart, allowing ample room for inserting and removing loaded or unloaded boxes. Moving the boxes is ultra-fast and easy too, thanks to the rack's mobile design.
