This Channel PR-15W 15 shelf wall mounted pizza pan rack is the perfect way to hold par-baked pizzas or unbaked crusts at your prep station. Plus, you can also use it near your pizza oven or in your holding and serving area to save space in your commercial kitchen!
The rack is made from heavy chrome plated steel rods and accommodates pans and trays between 10" and 17" in diameter. It can also accommodate a wide variety of pizza pan styles, from the traditional thin pizza screen to deep dish pizza pans up to 1 1/4" deep. This rack can hold up to 15 pans at once and can be mounted to the wall so that it's convenient but out of the way. It is sold and shipped assembled.
