We use this rack for marinating our charcoal rotisserie chickens. We put 12 - 3.5# chickens in each tub with marinade. It has held up great. The top shelf is a bit high for our shorter employees. No other complaints.

Great little rack for holding bulk quantities of proteins! Good for food safety because it keeps them off the floor! Nice price and easily mobile!
