Keep your fried foods crisp and ready to serve with this Carter-Hoffmann Crisp N' Hold holding station! This station is designed to keep fried foods hot and crispy up to 4 times longer than traditional heat lamps. It uses convection air to immediately bring food to the proper holding temperature without moisture loss. This model boasts a compact countertop design with a capacity of 1,050 cu. in. It is factory preset for a temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit, which it preheats to in approximately 10 minutes. It is easy to use with an on / off toggle switch and an electrical mechanical thermostat inside the cabinet.

This unit operates using a forced air heating system located in the rear housing, where it is protected from oil migration. It provides a stream of warm air forced through precision-engineered holes in the bottom grate, helping to maintain constant circulation and even heating. This unit includes 2 removable dividers that can be placed in the grate to create 3 separate sections, allowing it to hold multiple products at once. The food grate and product tray are also removable for easy cleaning.

This unit is made entirely of durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel with a 20-gauge welded cabinet and 1" rubber feet. A polycarbonate bar on the front of the cabinet remains cool to the touch to protect users from burns. This model is insulated with 1" thick, high-density fiberglass continuously wrapped around the bottom and sides. The removable, dishwasher-safe oil filter protects the heating components from oil accumulation, while the removable, bottom-mounted collection pan collects excess oil to keep food crisp. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation, and a 6' power cord and rear-mounted cord wrap are included.
