We use these instead of fryer baskets because they're flat. They're easy to clean but can't hold a lot of weight, though I don't think that's what they're designed for. For a lighter product, like a funnel cake, they're great.

I have bought 2 of this for my Paragon fryer. I use one to fry my panzerotti and when those are ready, I bring them to the serving area with the tray and I put the other tray inside the fryer to fry more. I really like them so far! They are made of stainless steel, easy to clean and very useful. Highly recommended!
The tray is great for frying donuts. I'm ordering two more trays. The tray holds nine averaged sized donuts for frying. Easy clean up and no sticking.
