The Capora Chocolate Sauce is our go to! It's our base chocolate sauce that we use for our hot chocolates and mochas and other coffee drinks and cocktails that use chocolate. It doesn't contain dairy so it is vegan friendly which is great. We like the packaging that it comes in and buy it by the bottle or by the case depending on the time of year and how fast we are going through it. The Capora line has worked well for our specific shop needs.
