It's made with a galvanized steel frame and 3 aluminum shutter blades. This reliable exhaust fan features a 12" wheel, an adjustable thermostat, and a bypass with a range from 32 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit (0 to 54 degrees Celsius). The thermostat features a power switch and a control knob for temperature adjustments. This unit features a wall-mount design for 12 3/8" x 12 3/8" wall openings.

This 1/20 hp exhaust fan features a 3-speed motor that is designed for light commercial applications and reaches up to 772 CFM on the highest setting and a 1,610 maximum RPM. It also features sleeve bearings. The motor features a totally enclosed, thermally protected design with class B insulation, and the unit is designed for smooth, reliable, maintenance-free operation. It operates easily with a 25" pull chain, it features a 6' power cord, and it requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
