This backdraft damper is made with sturdy all-aluminum extrusions and positive-seal, roll-form aluminum damper blades with vinyl gaskets for long-term use.
This damper operates by allowing gravity's pressure to open and close it. The unit features an outward-mount flange, and it ensures less than 1 percent air leakage, helping to maintain the efficiency of your unit. This damper must be outwardly mounted. It's compatible with Canarm 14" AX series and P series fans, as well as accessories like bird or insect screens and switches (sold separately) for added versatility.
