This half sized rack boasts the ability to hold 12 full size or 24 half size sheet pans for ample storage, and the shelves are spaced 3" apart to allow for quick loading and unloading. Plus, with a convenient end loading design with no middle crossbar you can be sure that your staff has easy access to every food that is put on this rack. It has a 175 lb. weight capacity with a 55 lb. capacity per rail set so you can safely hold all of your cooked or prepared foods.

Made from a strong, virtually unbreakable, composite plastic, this pan rack is an excellent alternative to your typical metal bun racks. This plastic material will 100% not rust or corrode over time so you can count on your investment to last in your business. It is also tolerant of temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit while still able to hold sheet pans that come out of a 350 degree oven!
