This full sized rack boasts the ability to hold 20 full size or 40 half size sheet pans for ample storage, and the shelves are spaced 3" apart to allow for quick loading and unloading. Plus, with a convenient end loading design with no middle crossbar you can be sure that your staff has easy access to every food that is put on this rack. It has a 350 lb. weight capacity with a 55 lb. capacity per rail set so you can safely hold all of your cooked or prepared foods.

This rack also has positioning ribs on the ends to help keep your sheet pans centered on the rails and has molded in ribs to promote airflow for efficient cooling or thawing.
