People Talk About:food cart 135 degrees hot power fits draw deep cycle
This product is worth its weight in gold. I use it to keep food hot for my food cart. It fits in the back of my car for transport, and neatly under the counter of my food cart. It uses only 230W, so I run it on a deep cycle Marine battery and power inverter. I plug it in and it warms to about 135 degrees. Once hot food is place inside, it has no problem getting to 160 degrees and maintaining with very little power draw. I pull out trays and internal temps are still at 135 hours later. 5This product is worth its weight in gold. I use it to keep food hot for my food cart.
