This carrier is polyurethane-insulated so that your hot and cold foods stay at food safe temperatures for four hours or more, making it ideal for kitchens with limited access to electrical outlets. Its molded in rails are able to hold up to (12) 2 1/2" deep full size food pans or (4) 8" deep full size food pans so that you will always have enough supplies on hand for any service or event. The vent cap optimizes the humidity and pressure of this carrier so that you can ensure it's always doing its job as you go about other business in your busy kitchen.

This carrier is constructed with a durable shell that's resistant to rust, cracks, chips, and dents, ensuring that it stays intact and functional for years to come. It also includes molded in bumpers so that it doesn't damage walls or other equipment as you transport it. Its doors can be closed using nylon latches that have the durability to ensure that foods stay safely insulated. Thanks to the included security package, this carrier includes tamper-resistant fasteners, non-removable doors, and a lockable hasp the on door.
