The unique and versatile Cambro Pro Cart Ultra® Tall Charcoal Gray Pan Carrier with security package - 2 passive compartments PCU2000PPSP615 is designed to simultaneously maintain hot and/or cold food in one cart. Thick, CFC-free polyurethane insulation throughout the cart ensures that prepared product is held at food-safe temperatures. Featuring a tough and durable polyethylene construction, the exterior stays cool to the touch and will never dent, crack, chip, or rust. This carrier is also built with high gauge reinforced stainless steel hinges for maximum durability.

Heavy-duty, self-venting doors open 270 degrees for full access to an interior that houses solid side-loading molded-inrails. Spring-loaded magnetic door catches and nylon latches offer hands-free closing and sealing. This cart comes with 4 hi-modulus rubber casters, including 2 front swivel casters with a brake and 2 fixed casters in the back. A lock pin on front casters can be used to convert from swivel to fixed.

Dual passive compartments offer a non-electric space to maintain temperatures for 4+ hours without electricity - perfect for short term storage and transportation. Passive food storage is the most cost-effective solution, allowing you to save on energy costs. The versatility of hot or cold retention is unmatched, allowing for the ultimate level of storage versatility.
