This Cambro PR59314L40151 soft gray 5 x 9 Camrack peg rack easily holds standard plates in one direction or deep plates, bowls, and plate covers in the other direction during ware washing in your commercial kitchen. Its 5 spacing configuration holds up to ten 10" bowls, deep plates, platters, or plate covers while its 9 spacing configuration holds up to eighteen 10" plates, twelve 12" plates, twenty seven 7 1/2" plates, or nine 14" x 18" trays. Each 5 x 9 Camrack peg rack is made of long-lasting polypropylene.
