Keep foods at a safe serving temperature for up to 8 hours with this Cambro CMBH1826TSP194 Camtherm® granite sand tall profile electric hot food holding cabinet with security package. It features a sleek, low profile design with a tamper-resistant security package. Rugged, 10" rear casters offer smooth transport across both indoor and outdoor surfaces, while its locking, stainless steel door latch is factory assembled for maximum security in the toughest environments (padlocks sold separately).

Standard magnetic gaskets help seal the door shut and retain heat. Thick, polyurethane foam insulation supports this heat retention, and a self-venting cap on the door promotes food quality; it actually releases steam and equalizes pressure automatically to provide the best holding environment for hot food. While the cabinet's interior stays hot though, the exterior remains cool and comfortable to carry. It even includes ergonomic, molded-in handles for the perfect place to grasp. This cabinet is made of strong, double wall polyethylene to withstand years of heavy use.

The control panel is easy to use too, including a polycarbonate cover, an on-off power switch, and a temperature setting dial. It also features an auto green light for "power on" and an auto red light for "set temperature achieved." These make the unit easy to monitor from across the room, so staff can keep a better eye on equipment while working efficiently.

Plus, four non-marking, rubber casters roll smoothly on a variety of surfaces. Two 10" rigid casters help to navigate in a straight line, while the two 6" casters swivel for more flexible movement. The 6" swivel casters feature brakes to hold the cabinet in place during loading and unloading.
