Maintain the temperature of your food pans as you transport them with the help of this Cambro CMBH1826LF186 Camtherm® navy blue low profile electric hot food holding cabinet in Fahrenheit. This carrier has CFC-free polyurethane insulation so that your hot foods maintain their temperatures for four hours when unplugged or more when plugged in, making this carrier ideal for kitchens with limited access to electrical outlets. Its chrome-plated steel rails are able to hold up to twelve full size pans so that you will always have enough supplies on hand for any service or event. They're even adjustable so that you can maximize your storage capacity! This unit even includes a marine rail on top that holds two full size pans, one 18" x 26" sheet pan, or a cutting board so that you can easily stage service.

This carrier also includes a solar digital thermometer that allows you to quickly and easily monitor the temperature of your food, as well as a thermostat that reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit for easy adjustment. You can even control the proofing function, which goes down to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you maximum control over the contents of your carrier. Its easy-to-use control panel includes a polycarbonate cover, an on-off power switch, and a temperature setting dial. Its auto green light indicates that the unit is on and its auto red light lets you know the unit has reached its set temperature. The self-venting cap optimizes the humidity and pressure of this carrier so that you can ensure it's always doing its job as you go about other business in your busy kitchen.

The outside of this carrier is rotomolded so that it's seamless, durable, and easy to clean with a simple wipe down. It has a strong, double wall, polyethylene external construction that will not dent, crack, bubble, chip, or break. The construction also ensures that this carrier maintains a cool outside no matter the temperature of the inside. Its doors can be closed using a nylon latch and magnetic door gaskets that have the durability to ensure that foods stay safely insulated. When not latched, the door swings open 270 degrees so that it won't get in the way as you're putting items in and taking them out. In order to keep the inside sanitary, the inside of this unit has a cavity floor design that allows spills and water condensation to collect at the bottom without leaking out. Liquid that has collected in the cavity can be cleaned with a simple wipe down. This unit also includes four casters. The front two are 6" swivel casters that have a nickel-plated hub, as well as a brake for quick stops. The two 10" rear casters are rigid and include an aluminum hub. A molded-in handle allows for easy maneuverability even in the tightest spaces of your kitchen. This carrier even includes a menu clip so that you can easily identify its contents without having to open it!
