Perfect for petite portions, this Cambro 810551 8" x 9 7/8" rectangular Grape Camtray is made of lightweight, high-impact fiberglass, and designed with reinforced edges. It's stain, odor, and scratch-resistant. For safe, even stacking, each tray features built-in stacking lugs, while molded-in Dri-Stak separators ensure even air flow between trays for quick drying.

    We love these trays! The 8x10 size is good for one item or several items. They are easy to clean and quick to dry. They are very durable. And they do not seem too-institutional in style. The texture and color of the material is very nice. Worth the wait; they are special order/custom-made, and the quality is top!
