Cambro 250LCD401 Camtainers 2.5 Gallon Slate Blue Insulated Beverage Dispenser

I'm very critical when it comes to the products we serve/sell. We used our new Cambro 2.5 Gallon container for 2 events this week and I'm not happy with the performance. We preheated the container with 180 degree water and within 2 hours of brewing the coffee it had cooled significantly. For today's event we were contracted to brew 8 gallons of coffee. The only other container I had available was a 5 gallon RubberMaid construction-type cooler. When we brought the service home, the Cambro's leftover coffee was cool. The Rubbermaid's was still steaming. This was after 6 hours. If I had kept the Cambro's box I'd be returning it. We've worked too hard to build our reputation to serve luke-warm coffee. I won't be purchasing this brand again in the future.

This product likes nice and is sturdy in construction. I was hoping it would hold temp a bit longer. I tested it out with hot water brewed out of the dispenser (like coffee) completely filled and it drops approximately 40 degrees within 4 hours. I thought it would last longer than that.

i have used this for everything. its just perfect on the farm, and for a big crew. from anything to a ice cold drink on a scorching hot day- to a nice hot cup of cocoa on a cold day. Or just a plain ol' cup of Joe anytime, anywhere. a must have for a lunchroom.

It’s a Cambro, in my opinion based on over 30 years of use, they are the best for commercial and home use. I have 2 that are over 30 yrs old and still working. The 2.5 gallon is honestly nicer then 5 gallon because of size and weight. Good price. Shipping was a few days late because of Fed Ex, not Webresturant

Great thermal container, I like that there is a clear maximum fill line inside the container. Gaskets seal every time and the faucet is easy to disassemble to clean. The 2.5 gallon size is great for catering - the smaller size makes transport simple.

We don't use this dispenser in my mobile coffee shop, but it works well and keeps any coffee or liquid as HOT or COLD as you want it! Great for tabletop sales or samples.

This Cambro is the perfect size for sending out hot water, decaf coffee, or hot chocolate. Those items are often ordered in smaller quantities so it works great. Keeps the heat in well, is easy to clean, and overall very functional.

We purchased this cambro so we could serve hot coffee at outdoor events. The size is perfect and with the handles is easy to carry. The clasps on the lid are also heavy duty and won't break when you are just getting used to having such a nice item around.

Exactly what you expect from Cambro: very sturdy and lasts forever. We use this to provide warm water for an outdoor handwash station. Staff and customers use up the water sooner than it can go cold.

We got tired of making 3 or 4 batches of teas and lemonade every single day in gallon containers, these help with the work load and once we removed the bottom rack in the fridge they fit great to keep the beverages cold. while not in use.

These things are great. They keep our coffee hot four hours, are very easy to clean, easy to store because they stack on top of each other, and are easy to transport. They only thing to keep an eye on is the vent at the top. You need to make sure it is open when you are moving hot liquids or it will spill out the sides.

I use these containers for iced tea and hot tea service at my farmers market stand, events and festivals. They keep beverages hot for over 6 hours in my experience. They are easy to load and unload from my small vehicle without help. I will definitely be acquiring more of these.

These work great. I purchased two of these and they work as expected. Double check your brewers height and width before you purchase to make sure that fit under your brewer.

These are great - just a little heavy. They keep beverages hot for hours so using them for catering events has been wonderful. They also can keep beverages chilled - like our cold brew coffee!

The perfect sized camtainer! 2.5 Gallons is a great volume of beverages and these units stack well for double service as well as for storage. We are able to keep hot beverages hot for a few hours and cold ones even longer. This is definitely a better cold beverage unit than hot. Easy to clean.

These are great for transporting just about any liquid. We order in different colors to help distinguish what goes in what. It helps keep from mixing flavors.

These 2.5 gallon drink containers are PERFECT for events that just need some coffee or hot water. They work well for taking a little decaf, and great for smaller events.

This container really holds the heat. It has heavy duty clamps on top that keep any liquid from leaking out if tipped on its side too.

We 3 of these 2.5 gallon dispensers and 2 of the 4.5 gallon disperses and have had nothing but good luck. These do a good job of keeping our coffee hot and our tea cold. Also with our older containers by some other brand there was some dripping after a few uses but after 3 years these are still going strong. Highly recommended!!

I have three of these that I use for all my catering events. They hold a lot of product, and are extremely durable. Great price, recommend this to everyone I know.

We we had to replace some of our beverage dispensers. After checking with our regular suppliers we found the Webstaurant had the best price. They had updated the dispensers a little since our last ones, the top vent can be hard to tell if it is open or closed by just looking at it as well as pulling on the vent because there is so little movement. Not a bad design but could have been a little simpler. Over all Cambro produces a quality product and we are looking forward to several years of use out of the replacements. Some of the old ones had lasted 10 years or more.

We have had another brand, and after a few uses, their lids warped, and coffee would come sloshing out. Not so with this one. It has a good design for serving (coffee stays hot if it isn't too empty) and for storage.
