The cutting surface is flmisy, as is the drip tray (think kiddy pool material for the drip tray.) The wood looks nice, but was scratched right out of the box. If this carving station makes it through the holidays, I'll be surprised. This was shipped-out seperatly from the rest of my order, taking over a week longer to arrive.

ive done a lots of carvings working at gillette stadium. this is similar to the ones they have. keeps food hot and help drain the juices.
