Surprisingly, this is the best tasting Chai Tea that I have ever tasted. The brew itself doesn't require you to add sugar or milk but, you could add milk to suit your taste. The spices added give the tea a very favorable taste. I would highly recommend it.

I'm a bit of a chai tea snob, so when you see it in a coffee flavor you have to be skeptical. It's ok, there are some powders that are better. For home use recommended for the convenience but not recommended for a cafe.

I own a self service coffee bar at our cat cafe, so we use a lot of kcups. Flavor is a 5/5, but for some reason I have a lot of trouble with these cups. I think the problem is that sometimes they come dented and the pin doesn't fully poke a hole, so it somehow messes with the brewing process. They also have problems when brewed at 12oz vs 8oz. I also do not like the packaging, it's just white and says "chai tea" in blue print, so it's not as appealing to the customers.

I ordered chai latte, but this is just chai tea. Also, the flavor is VERY weak. Bummer, i was really excited about this, but it was a miss.
