We love the Ivoire compound coating chocolate! It is our go-to for dipping items like petit fours or strawberries or drizzling over items. Tastes great and sets up nicely, giving a nice, firm coating with a good sheen. Unlike other white compound coating chocolates we've tried, this sets up firmly and fully at room temperature.
This compound chocolate was so easy to work with and very delicious. Honestly, no one could tell it wasn't REAL chocolate. I was proud to use it at a big catering event.
