I have been happy with this dispenser for a number of years now, after switching from other solutions for self-service of iced water. We tried a plastic dispenser, metal jugs, and this one. The 4 gallon capacity is large enough that we aren't constantly refilling it.

A little bulky, but will get the job done. This dispenser cleans up really nice but you need to be a little more delicate with it, as the key components are a bit fragile.

Works well. Easy to assemble and clean. I really liked that it came with an Iced tea label for the front and a label with cleaning instructions for the back.

We love it! It fits on the waitress counter for our fresh, brewed tea. We suggest cleaning it every night. Turn the handle for brewed or sweet tea.
