Bunn 22102.0000 G2 HD 2 lb. Black Bulk Coffee Grinder

This grinds our coffee beans wonderfully but the legs are not level and it wobbles. We have to keep something underneath one side to keep it level.

Worked once and then wouldn't turn on again within a 2 weeks of receiving the grinder. Webstaurant won't return or replace the item.

I purchased this coffee grinder on a recommendation from a friend. I was just opening my coffee shop and she recommend that I purchase it to grind decaf as well as bags of retail coffee purchased by customers. It was a great suggestion. We also use it to grind coffee for our cold brew. Very reliable and versatile; not to mention attractive.

We have owned this grinder for nearly 6 years and have had excellent results from it. The burrs are easy to clean. We use this dailly to grind our drip coffee as well as our cold brew grounds. The multiple options this grinder offers meets all of our needs. Excellent product and highly recommended.

We have very limited space in our coffee drive thru, and this grinder fits perfect! We have a few of these across our other locations and absolutely enjoy them all. The quality and consistency is great, and they hold up very well.

Bunn warranty is a scam. Do not buy the warranty because Bunn will not honor it. My grinder had issues since first use. Grinder could not grind a 12oz bag of coffee without seizing. I called Webstaurant for warranty work on my brand new Bunn grinder and was told I had contact Bunn directly for warranty work. Bunn refused to service the grinder unless they have a credit card on file even though I sent them a copy of my receipt with additional 3 year warranty I purchased. Bunn representative told me my card would not be charged for warranty work. That was a lie! The Bunn tech had to recalibrate burrs in my machine. I own 3 other coffee grinders that work great. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand that works.

Great product - our daughter is establishing a coffee roasting business & was impressed with the consistency of the grind. Cold brew needs a courser grind, so we may need assistance to adjust a bit more for that. I was very impressed with customer service! It appeared that someone had returned this grinder, but they made it right.

Very nice commercial coffee grinder. It gets a bit loud but you have to expect that with a commercial grinder. Grinds from coarse to Turkish with 8 grind settings.

OK - first, we already have experience with these Bun grinders and they have always done a good job on all grind settings, however this review is more about the packaging and shipping. It came win a sturdy box but the grinder had move around inside the box some and packing debris had gotten into the hopper and down into the burr set. Also we did attempt to set up the grinder but there was excessive vibrations I felt were a result of the grinder shifting around and bumping around in the box during shipping. It was enough that we sent the unit back for fear it would fail during a busy time of our day. 1 star for the packing, The grinder itself would gets 4.5 starts.

This is a great grinder, it works for us every day. He has a wide range of adjustability and grinds coffee perfectly multiple times a day to be brewed or small coffee shop! Highly recommend!

Great machine! It has a huge hopper which makes it nice when we are grinding for our cold brew. Keeps fines to a bare minimum and particle size is incredibly consistent.

Best price for a quality item. Has been serving us strong for a number or years. We haven't had an issue with any of our BUNN grinders..

Great bulk grinder. Mine arrived damaged on the side but it was cosmetic only, didn't affect operation. Webstaurant was quick to offer a couple resolutions. Happy with the grinder and Webstaurant.

This is a very robust and well built grinder. For those who sell coffee commercially, you will want something that will stand the test of time. This model, and the models similar that have smaller basket sizes are essentially the same so whatever one you get 1, 2 or 3 lb it's the same guts. I roast my own coffee, and for those of us 'snobs' who are into good coffee, grinding is critically important. A cheap grinder will bust the beans up essentially, creating a lot of dust or fines as it's called, which leads to bitterness and inferior tastes. The way the burrs are on this one, it essentially shaves the beans, instead of beating them up, which provides a better shape of the grounds that allows for better extraction and a richer fuller flavor from the bean. this is the Cadillac of coffee grinders! So easy to use, Completely self explanatory .easy to clean, I use it everyday, super happy with my choice.

We mounted this grinder in our coffee trailer. It doesn't draw much electricity, which is awesome since we are running on a generator. It is very top heavy, and prone to tipping over. So, we had to get creative in the mounting. But, if this were used in a regular shop that didn't drive around, that wouldn't be an issue.

Wow! The Bunn G2 bulk grinder is such a handy tool. I roast coffee and with this machine it's a breeze to grind to order for my customers.

Awesome bulk grinder from an awesome company. Very reliable, quick to set up, and easily adjusted for the perfect grind. The only downfall is the cost of replacing the burrs but money saving in the long run.

Really like this grinder; however it would be nice if you could easily select grind settings between those marked (e.g., the area between auto drip and drip).

We have tried several different grinders for our small cafe, thinking that a big Bunn grinder was not really necessary. Very disappointed with the other grinders we tried, so decided to splurge on this one. We love the color and quality of this one. And we love that there are so many grind options!

This is a great grinder for fresh coffee beans. It is quick and saves money if you are selling a lot of cups of coffee.
