Quickly reduce humidity and moisture in your bathroom with this Broan ULTRA GREEN ZB series bathroom fan. Ideal for use in rooms up to 100 sq. ft., this fan provides excellent ventilation to prevent mold and mildew buildup. It operates at exceptionally low noise levels of less than 0.3 sones thanks to its ULTRASilent sound technology featuring a state-of-the-art blower, duct outlet, and high-tech motor. This unit's rugged, galvanized steel construction resists corrosion and stands up to moisture, while the bright white polymer grille cover promotes a neat, professional look that's sure to blend into any environment.

Engineered for continuous operation, this unit's ULTRASmart brushless, direct drive DC motor boasts multi-speed capabilities, adjustable continuous ventilation, adjustable runtime, and delivers up to 110 CFM. This electronically controlled digital motor is 3 times more efficient than a standard AC motor. An adjustable time delay allows you to limit how long the unit runs on the highest speed. The adjustable low CFM setting enables precise adjustments to prevent over-ventilating. This unit uses just 0.3 amps of power and features a 6" duct fitting for easy duct connection.

This fan also features ULTRAQuick technology for universal installation in remodeling, retrofit, and new construction. It comes with a telescoping mounting frame for easy installation from the room side, eliminating the need for attic access. The mounting frame fits any type of joist, "I" joist, or truss construction. The mounting frame tabs provide easy vertical positioning, while the duct connector and knockout plate can mount to the inside or outside of the housing. The snap-in housing and blower make installation a breeze. This fan requires a 120V connection and must be hardwired; a cord and plug are not included.
