The perfect way to serve fresh pastries on demand, these bistros simply need to be arranged in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and thawed at room temperature for 55-65 minutes before baking. Once they have thawed for the appropriate amount of time, bake these bistros at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a convection oven for approximately 19-23 minutes. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 171 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 2 minutes. They will measure approximately 4 5/8" x 2 7/8". Purchased this and four other pastry boxes...just came delivered from Fed Ex 20 minutes ago. The entire shipment is thawed and wet...I have been purchasing these pastries on regular basis for over a year. but now it looks like you changed your packaging...two small ice bags and cardboard 'insulation' now...doesn't work. How can I feed my customers this now? I want a refund and I will now look elsewhere for pastry sources.

Another disappointing experience with Webstaurant Store. The pastries themselves are quite tasty but they shipped loose, in a plastic bag, all jumbled together with no packaging whatsoever. Just the bag with the pastries in a box- so of course several were damaged. IMO this site is really just geared to restaurants and not for individuals who are used to at least minimal efforts to protect the items they're purchasing.

I read the reviews when I ordered this with faith that perhaps it won't happen to me. But very disappointed. The product came completely melted and mushed. There were no ice in packaging and it was this and almond croissants in the same package and both were received as a blotch of dough. This is a huge conflict for business owners restocking for the their restaurant or cafe. Now I don't have these items to offer.
