Bossen EM0031-CTF Details
Introduce uniform beverage steaming and sustained hot water to your establishment with the Bossen EM0031-CTF steam and hot water machine. The large boiler controls the water for both the steam and hot water dispenser, which saves energy costs as compared to a dual boiler machine with multiple heating elements. In addition, the 12.5 liter boiler paired with a 3000W heating element heats water quickly and is large enough to provide near continuous hot water and steam. All components considered, this machine is fast enough to keep up with your busiest rushes and can produce drinks back-to-back with no delays.
Inside the boiler is a patented electronic water safety level system which automatically controls the amount of water inside the boiler. The system will ensure that there's always enough water in the tank to protect your heating element, and never too much water to overfill the boiler. With a unique warning function for either high or low water levels, this steam and hot water machine has safety features that will protect both your equipment and your staff.
When installing a steam and hot water machine for your staff, ease of use is of the utmost importance. This machine features ample space surrounding the steam wand that will accommodate many different sizes of steam pitchers, making steaming beverages easier than ever. There's lots of space underneath the hot water nozzle above the drip tray to fit various sized cups, depending what your business offers. On top of the machine is a heated space for you to store in-house or to-go cups, preheating the cups and creating a better drink.
