To use, ensure the board is secured to a countertop using the suction cup feet. Pull the wire out of the way by grabbing the handle and setting the handle off to the side of the board. Place your cheese wheel or cheese piece onto the board and slide it right next to the elevated portion of the board, against the flat back of the board. Take the wire by the handle and pull the wire through the cheese towards yourself and continue pulling until you've sliced all the way through the cheese. Once you've finished, guide the handle back in the recessed area on the side of the board you grabbed it from. Repeat the process as needed to get the desired sized pieces.
