What is the best way to extend the use of this Sandstone-coated item?
This product is not recommended for oven, stovetop, or microwave use. Using this product in hot applications may cause staining and separation of the Sandstone coating from the cast aluminum body. Additionally, staining may occur if you use iodine-based detergents or sanitizers while cleaning.

The Bon Chef EZ-12-L1BLK Smart Tile white sandstone finish cast aluminum 1/2 long food pan tile is a must for transporting or storing your food pans! It is made of durable cast aluminum and has the same black sandstone finish cast aluminum finish as its coordinating food pan. This tile will assist in keeping your food fresh and unexposed from the elements while not in service. It will also assist in keeping your cold foods cold.
