Plus, its notched design allows you to quickly and easily change food pans during the event and the innovative hydraulic hinge allows you to smoothly open and close the lid for a hassle-free operation.

This chafer features an all glass lid that allows your guests to view the contents inside without lifting the lid, while also lending a touch of modern sophistication to your overall presentation. Additionally, this chafer opens to a max of 90 degrees for full access to your delicious offerings, and can stay open at a range of 70-90 degrees. The top also features a slow-down mechanism to prevent injury to the consumer and chafer. It also features an adjustable level support for when a perfect, even placement is required. Compatible with induction heating elements, this chafer's capsuled induction bottom promotes fast and even heating of your foods and eliminates the hassle of using chafer fuel.
