It holds up to 250 seat covers or one standard box, and it can quickly be refilled through a concealed opening in the bottom. It surface mounts on walls or toilet partitions (hardware sold separately), making it perfect for use in restroom stalls. To allow for refills, you must leave a minimum clearance of 5" from the bottom of the dispenser to the top of any horizontal projection.
