The Bizerba Slicer Table 2 24" x 26" 14-gauge stainless steel mobile equipment stand offers maximum mobility and support for slicers and other kitchen equipment. Constructed of heavy 14-gauge stainless steel throughout, the stand provides a durable and hygienic surface for working with food. At 24" x 26", the top shelf is spacious and has 3/8" coved edges to facilitate cleaning. Open front corners also help facilitate cleaning by allowing water and cleaning agents to drain away easily. The polyboard mid shelf is great for storing a sheet pan or food pan of sliced meat, cheese, and vegetables while working, and it's removable to simplify cleaning. The fixed bottom shelf with wraparound stainless steel side paneling adds even more stability to the unit, and it's great for storing equipment accessories and additional supplies.

For the ultimate mobility, this stand has a set of 4 hidden, retractable casters mounted to a center bracket beneath the undershelf. Four stainless steel legs with high-friction padded feet keep the unit firmly planted and level, limiting movement during equipment operation. The long handle doubles as a brake, allowing you to park the unit with quick lever action and lock it in place.

For even greater convenience, the stand is equipped with various holders so you can keep all of your necessary tools and supplies on hand. These include a sharpener holder designed for use with the remote blade sharpener unit that comes with Bizerba GSP series slicers (sold separately), a two-slot knife holder, a wax paper box holder underneath the top, and a glove hook.
